As a leading global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high precision measuring and monitoring instruments, we offer preventive solutions for just a fraction of the investment cost in civil engineering and industrial projects. Our customized solutions reduce the risk of damage to expensive infrastructure, machinery and equipment and potentially prevent damage to the environment and even loss of life.

In the civil engineering market, which represents about 75% of our annual sales revenue we have built a strong  competitive position by offering customized solutions  using  standard products based on vibrating wire and innovative fiber optic technologies.

We continue to grow our industrial fiber optics business, accounting for some 25% of annual revenue, by developing new products and applications in the energy, healthcare and process control industries.      

Our goal is to become the global standard-setter in our field by:

• Continuing to develop new products and applications  in response to rapid technological change  and market innovation, especially  for high precision fiber optic sensors
• Growing our high volume, scaleable  OEM segment for fiber optic medical equipment applications, thereby improving revenue predictability and consistency
• Increasing penetration of higher growth Asian civil engineering markets, particularly China and South East Asia
• Expanding our presence in North America and Europe, focusing on opportunities for new investment in renewal and replacement of ageing infrastructure
